Worst bed I have slept in (or couldn't sleep in) since I stayed in a youth hostel more than a decade ago. Unfortunately there was no other room available. When mentioning this at checkout, it was ignored and the goodbye was a casual "see you next time". There will definitely not be a next time.

I stayed for 10 days in the Hotel Mi. Overall the experience was pleasant with a couple bad things, but more on that later. The Bed was good and the breakfast was always fresh with quite a few choices of meat, breads, rolls and preserves.
I had my clothes washed once and the service was excellent and reasonable.
Unfortunately things that where not great where a few:
- Room was SUPER small and the bathroom tiny.
- The main shower head did not work and mentioning it twice did not get anything done.
- Air-condition didn't always work and I had at least 3 hot nights without cooling.
- Mosquito's are abundant. Aside from the just OK food alone I could not recommend the restaurant of the hotel because of the little biters. (The hotel is close to a small canal that seems to be a breeding ground for them)
- Depending on time of day and luck service was SUPER to "Don't bother me right now"
As hot as it can be in Milan the Air-condition issue alone would have me possibly reconsider a different Hotel when I have to go back. Not being able to close the door to my bathroom and cramped toilet would pretty much decide the choice for something else.
