This hotel is like a little gem right in the heart of the city. A 5 star boutique hotel that feels like home with the friendliest staff. I strongly recommend to book the Gallery room which has an amazing view over Vittorio Emanuele Galleria.

not worth its stars and reputation. very good location (probably close to the best you can have) but rooms/facilities are not up to date and not super clean either.

The Sina, The Gray Hotel and it's staff have been wonderful. It is very close (1 or 2 minute walk) to the Duomo. The folks that work here have been very friendly and have given us great recommendations for restaurants and help with directions for walking to our tourist destinations. The rooms are small, but are kept clean and well maintained. This was out last stop in Italy before heading home and it was really nice to finish our trip on such a high note with this hotel.
