Loved staying at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful. The welcome packet with hotel info, hiking map & trail updates, & village information is The best I have received from any hotel. The terraced gardens, the view of Monterosso from my room's balcony and the village were colorful, relaxing, and one of the best places I have visited in the last 2 weeks. My room had a small refrigerator, water kettle for tea or coffee, a balcony with a view and elegant decor. The breakfast buffet was a full breakfast and the food, including homemade jams were excellent. I will stay here again when I return.

We recently stayed at the lovely Hotel Villa Steno while visiting Cinque Terre. It was a wonderful choice - the room exceptionally clean, the views beautiful, the breakfast buffet terrific and the staff exceptionally engaging. Both Matteo and Carla made us feel welcomed and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed, as did all of the staff. We highly recommend a stay at Villa Steno! Carl and Diana

Good location, but that's about it. Bed very uncomfortable. Worst breakfast, coffee was reheated from day before.

Had the best time at Villa Steno. A friend and I stayed here while studying abroad. The service was incredible and the breakfast was amazing! Great views from the terrace! I am definitely going to go back with my family someday.
