Well furnished rooms, modern and pleasant. Breakfast is well above average and the staff is friendly and competent. My only issue is the thin walls. If you end up with a loud neighbor, you'll need ear plugs...

Hotel is fine, room is good for 1 or 2 persons. Unfortunately, the personeel next to me had place a phone call till 2 am and it could be clearly heard.

Definitely not a hotel. Rather on motel level. Even budget Holiday Inn express seems luxurious in comparison to "euro hotel" in Imola.
The place is clean and offers free Wi-Fi but this is all one can praise there.
Starting from the room:
Incomplete bedding - no one seem to know what quilt is. On complaint to reception I have been told that all they can offer are hard and heavy bed throws.
The only provided thing is cheap soap. No kettle or tea/coffee maker of any kind as well.
There is no food available on afternoon. As I was told later I am supposed to wait for restaurant to open at 7:30pm.
Breakfast is a joke. Three sliced meat like products and slices of white bread. That's about it. On my third of stay fried eggs were added. Cold ones.
Altogether - OK if you are looking for roadside motel standard but definitely bad for three star hotel it pretends to be.
