facilmente raggiungibile e molto ben organizzato.

I was traveling with 2 Italian friends and we thought we would try this Terme: mistake. Just don't go. The deal is here, that this used to be run by the city: and it was run in a better manner, but you know, with personale on payroll so to speak like many public institutions, if you know what I mean. Those personal remained when the Terme were given over to a private group to run. So they kinda have "who cares" attitude.
We went in April: outside pools were not open: disappointment, we went anyway because we were there. It cost us euro 45 for the afternoon, we got about 3 hours of spa time in. There were nice turkish baths, sauna and a series of tubs of warm and cool water. Nice relax room, renovated about 10 years ago, my Italian friends complained endlessly about it, and since they have more experience than I, (American) I put their perspective on top of my experience.
The locker rooms are not well designed: the lockers you can hit yourself in the head the way they are designed. There is no bench to sit on when you are changing, so you have to put your pile of towels and robe and such on the floor. The service woman gives you an overview of what is there super fast, don't ask her any questions, cause she does not want to hear them. Even the service at the desk was brusk and unfriendly. No benches to sit on to wait for friends in the huge empty modern reception room. No decent healthy food at the bar.
So I did everything and it was a nice relax not withstanding everything. But like there was not even one of those centrifuge machines to dry out your bath suit.
The outside walls are graffiti covered and the town itself is UGLY and sad.
Low class spa: don't bother.
