Very poor place to stay. Would definetly not recommend this hotel to other people. The hotel room was not clean at all. Dirty towels were lying on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Hotel personnel threw a party with loud music downstairs on sunday evening. The hotel is situated in a real ghetto. Right outside the hotel starts the smell of urine. Dangerous streets at night.

The room was not cleaned (dirty towels with blood (!?) on them in the bathroom). Floor was not clean. At sunday evening a hotel employee threw a party (envited friends) at the hotel lobby. At 23.30 still very loud music and people making noise. The location is also bad. Very close to city centre but located in a true ghetto. I would strongly recommend to find another hotel!!!

rooms could be a bit more insulated (noise from corridor when guest were passing)

Terrible hotel, do not stay here. We were enjoying Genova during the summer, but this hotel ruined the whole stay. The hotel forced us to pay twice; cash and later they also took the money from the CreditCard. Whether this is due to their administration being a mess or the reception acting in unethical ways is not for me to decide. Either way, this situation, and the way the hotel has tried to solve it, has given me enough food for writing this review.
Furthermore, as their comment on my review shows (as well as on critical reviews by others), they use smooth talk to avoid any responsibility. Just like every review you read, use it to your own convenience. We have been treated poorly and feel misused by this hotel which, for the above mentioned reasons, also (and in particular) deserves to be noted.

Worst Hotel experience so far.
Room facing very busy street - cars and people, windows had to stay shut. However, the room had been facing the sun for all day long (highs of 35 degrees), it was boiling, and the aircon was not working! The cheek of the receptionist, playing dumb he didn't know how to work the air-con remote, instead of admitting it was broken. And did not give us another room, lying about availability - although I could book another room through the website. Had a very bad night indeed.
Very dodgy location too.
