Really bad service! Didn't manage to order a taxi. Tried 3 times but the operator kept putting me on hold without saying if there is even a taxi. Stay away fron this 3rd world country company

ZERO STARS IF COULD HAVE THAT OPTION!
I have traveled all around the world, including third world countries (India, Madagascar). The Taxi service in Como is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life: completely useless.
I am writing here a few issues I had in my Lake Como stay (fabulous lake, useless workers):
- No taxis near both Train stations during all day
- Useless phone service (you call multiple times without finding a taxi in one hour of calls)
- No taxis between Chiasso and Lake Como even calling them.
I had to walk in the night between Chiasso an Como because no taxi were available at 11.00 AM after an hour of calling this useless service.
- Taxists (in 5/6 experiences) blame tourists because they are too many (most dumb consideration I have ever heard in my life)
- Expensive fees, I lived in London 5 years and Como is more expensive than the most expensive city in Europe, no regulations
- No taxis near the yellow lines like in every city around the world, they will explain that they don't like to park there
- 0 stars service, a Taxi driver refused to bring me under my house because he didn't knew how to turn back his car, if I could I would refused to pay him
The only way to move around Como is:
- by walk
- buying a car
Como Taxis are like Italian politics, a closed group of useless professionals that don't want to sell more licenses to earn more damaging tourists.

Chiamato un taxi stamane. Sono stati veloci ed efficienti sia gli operatori che l'autista. Sarò stato fortunato io visto le altre recensioni ma mi hanno salvato! Avevo il treno dopo pochi minuti e sono stati gli unici a rispondere mentre la società di taxi vicino la stazione San Giovanni non rispondeva manco a morire né al numero verde né all'altro numero riportato sul loro sito. Io mi sono trovato bene.
