Good location especially for restauranrs off the beaten track. Bar never open, no restaurant facility or hot drinks available in room or anywhere else. Access to garage limited. Breakfast good and rooms comfortable.

Rooms are small but clean. Not so modern. Shower area in bathroom is congested. Walkable from train station. Staff is helpful and nice. Breakfast is available but no restaurant available for lunch /dinner.

The hotel is fine, it's not luxury if that's what you are looking for but clean, quiet and safe.
My room did not have any view to speak of but I was here for a conference and did not spend much time at all in the room except to sleep and get ready in the morning.
Since you are in Lake Como you probably don't want to be hanging out in your hotel room too much anyway. It's centrally located, not right in the center of city center action but about 5min walking distance to most of the places in the city you want to go and about 10min walk to the waterfront
Desk staff was also helpful. Price was very good.

Great value for money . Close to all to the town centre and train station . The staff were very friendly and helped me with everything i asked from them. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of foods to suit everyone. I cannot fault this Hotel and really enjoyed my stay . Until the next time
