Ordered and paid for a car, when we got to catania the place/ carpark didnt exist. So er got scammed.

I found Elephant Car Hire to be very friendly and professional company. They work with really good suppliers so the vehicles I have received have all been in excellent condition.
I have used them 5 times and will continue to do so.

I have used this company for quite a few years and I never had any issues.
They make booking very easy and you have the option to pay now or on arrival which i like a lot. There is never an issue if you need to amend a booking either like airline companies charge and no credit card fees for making a booking.

I found this a very good company to deal with. On booking the staff were very helpful, the car was very clean and the extras includes such as unlimited mileage meant our hire was stress free.
