The hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The lady at the hotel was super nice. The room was big and the bed was huge, however, the hotel needs renovation.

Very very kind people at the front desk! And a good hotel near the airport with a free shuttle service. Breakfast not included. The price for the night was not expensive at all and we had everything we needed! Thank you!

Hotel very cheap and well located next to Malpensa Airport. Big and clean rooms but there's no staff after 10:30pm so you they send you a code to enter the hotel after that time

Accommodating staff. Beds are a little uncomfortable. No 24 hour check-in, but they have a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport; reserve it before noon the day before you need it.
