Prenotato appartamento proprio sotto casa mia con 2 mesi di anticipo. Ma al momento del check-in, il giorno stesso, mi comunicano che non è disponibile. Mi danno un altro appartamento a 700 m di distanza dal primo. Avevo prenotato proprio quell'appartamento sotto casa proprio perchè avevo ospiti anziani.
Enorme disagio dover far spostare avanti e indietro i miei parenti per 700 metri a piedi per venire a casa mia . Inoltre nell'appartamento che ci hanno assegnato in sostituzione non è stato possibile prepararsi da mangiare (nemmeno la colzione) per mancanza delle stoviglie.
Un vero disastro. Mai più

Nos avisaron el mismo día de nuestra llegada, de que el lugar que habíamos reservado tenía una avería en el baño, algo que era mentira ya que a otras personas les han contado lo mismo, nos ofrecieron otro lugar para alojarnos de características totalmente diferentes a lo que habíamos contratado y querían que pagáramos lo mismo, algo que no consiguieron. No reservéis con esta empresa, no son para nada profesionales, te intentan engañar y se aprovechan de que estás ya allí para no poder hacer nada. Un timo como una casa.

We ordered a nice appartment months ago. When we got there they told us that the appartment was not available. It was pretty obvious that they where lying. Instead we got a small simple room for the hole family in a messy building. And they did not want to pay us anything back

On airbnb I booked a very nice nappartment. When I arrived at cityhub they told me there was a bathroom issue. I didn't believe it, but It was late. I knew they were lying. They put me in a terrible room called funicular. The next day calling airbnb I learned that they had been playing this trick for a long time. Maybe the apartment doesn't even exist. They wanted me to pay extra for another appartment. I declined. Airbnb gave me another appartment. Please don't trust the nice picture of Emanuel, it's just a drab office with 3 students agreeing that their policies are shit. Really there is a Marco behind all this. Ciao and good holiday
