Service is awful. Restaurant staff is unfriendly and sometimes forgetting to bring you drinks. In pool you have to swim with a cap. Maybe just because of location this hotel has four stars.

The rooms were hot even though it states there is air conditioning. The food and drinks are mediocre not to mention in order to get in the pool you have to wear a cap. DO NOR WASTE YOUR MONEY this place is neither luxiourios or relaxing. Don't even come to Catania this place is the ultimate dump of Italy. Go to Venice beaches are nice hotels are nice the place is cleaner.
