The worst hotel I've stayed in, I'm not a very demanding person I'm used to stay in hostels, campsites, guest houses, etc but this hotel has been one of the worst experiences in accommodation I've had in relation price - quality .
It is a very neglected and dirty hotel has stained carpet, cockroaches, cables everywhere, air conditioning does not work, sheets are not sheets are pieces of cloth that cover part of the mattress, the shower stand is broken so no There's where to hang it, the bathroom is full of mushrooms.
The only thing that is salvable from the hotel are two things the staff that works there since it is very friendly and its location as it is a few meters from the OLD CITY

This hotel has a great location and staff is very friendly, and that is where all ends. The rooms are horrible!!!! The bathrooms smell to sewer, shower was broken, dirty carpet and the worst was cockroaches everywhere including your bed!!! This hotel needs fumigation and a remodel badly. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Pay doble and stay elsewhere. You will regret staying here unless you like killing roaches : )

Close to many places of interest, within walking distance. Hotel is old, but quaint. Needs some upgrades, but the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good and there is coffee 24/7. If traveling on a budget this is a good place.

Very basic hotel. No locks on toilet doors. Soap arrived 2 days later. Never put towels out when cleaned room up, told them and never bought them after a day and had to go down and to get them. Evening meal was shocking, was similar to breakfast but with extra dish.

The hotel is very close to the old city and Masjid Al Aqsa. Staff are very friendly, On the 4th floor there is a cafe which serves a nice variety of food and drinks. The rooms are basic but could do with some improvement
