Dirty room, stained and frayed towels, pillows that were like a bag of cotton wool balls. In general not a comfortable room, as it was absolutely tiny. The area is lovely and quiet but it was noisier in the hotel. We were kept awake all night by someone shouting in the next room, and we had earplugs in!! Rooms are not soundproofed.

This is like a Casita at your house. Many rooms have balconies, & some have garden patios. Very quiet, in a private neighborhood, & peaceful. Most rooms give me the feeling that I'm not in a hotel, but more like in a private house, guest room.

A quaint basic but clean and comfortable place. They are accommodation only, no meals provided although there are hot drinks available 24/7. We had a small garden suite which was extremely sweet! with a comfortable ensuite bedroom, and our own little private garden to relax in which was absolutely gorgeous

I put up 8 couples for a wedding party at this hotel because the price was relatively low.The pros were that the rooms were clean and modern. But the cons were that several items were stolen from the rooms! One of my guests had 2 bracelets stolen. The other guest left her expensive nightgown under her pillow and didn't remember to take it when she left at 10PM. She called a few hours later, and the hotel claimed that they didn't see anything left in the room. We do not believe them. The staff was very uncooperative as well, and actually nasty at one point. I would NOT use this hotel again.

The people behind the desk were incredibly kind and helpful. After a less then pleasant experience at another hotel, I was thrilled that this hotel was not only able to give us our preferred room a day early, but also was able to check us in immediately. The rooms might be a tad small, but the shower and the garden makes it worth it. Location wise could not get better. 10 minutes to Old City and downtown area. My only note would be parking is a pain. You have to be up by 8 am each morning to renew it or you risk getting a ticket. Otherwise, we had an absolutely lovely time.
