I had a seafood plate that was mostly raw. Not a hint of fishiness in it. It was all fresh as could be. I also had some oysters that were farmed (common in Ireland, apparently) that were plump and fresh. Service was exceptional.

Great atmosphere; the food is superb and the oysters are huge and flavorful! What an awesome spot for a honeymoon dinner😄

Definitely didn't live up to the reputation I'd heard. The food was middling quality. The portions were INCREDIBLY tiny. The price was WAY too pretentious for what you receive. If it was 1/3 the price, I'd say it was totally worth it. Considering we drove 2 hours to get there, Id' have rather eaten at home.

Outstanding! The friendly staff were able to accommodate us even without a reservation. We were lucky, book ahead. The meal (Duck & Seabass) was without a doubt the best we had in all of our time here in Ireland. Highly recommended, not just for the food but also the attentive staff and pleasant atmosphere they have created there.
