Man I wish I read the reviews ahead of time before renting from sixt. They don't cover road side assistance (at least in Ireland... Not sure about uk) So in the case of your car getting a flat or a bumper to bumper where you are unable to drive, they let you pay for the fee for rescue. Rent from someone else who offers road side assistance insurance!!!! Zero stars. And this was after they convinced me to use their insurance that would cover EVERYTHING... Everything. Even after asking road side assistance what is covered they simply say "we don't know" and they don't warn you about the fact that they don't refund you for road side assistance for a flat tire, no warning at all or I would have fixed with the spare myself. Nope. Never ever EVER again. Travelers beware!!!!!

Service was amazing and Thomas did an outstanding job! He handled my requests very well as well as the requests of demanding customers around me. Being under 25 they made it simple to rent a car. Not sure why this place gets a bad rep as I had a great experience. Much thanks to Thomas and Sixt for making my Ireland trip a memorable one!

Hassle free experience.
Booked online, came in, picked the car up and that's it. No surprises no nothing.
Drop off is a matter of two seconds, just give the keys to the reception, as easy as that.
It is located on the ground floor inside the Q-park, just go inside and you will see it to your right side.

Everything was perfect. A little wait before being received (the persons before me had a payement problem). But the guy was perfectly professional, and everything went smoothly and fine. The car was in perfect state and I could get it in minutes. Same for the return, done in 5 minutes and with the smile of everybody there. Only drawback, the driving wheel was on the right, which is very unusual for a french people ;-)
