Sattalite taxi don’t deserve any stars, been overcharged and late twice in one day.watever price they give u on app or when u call them always wrong.they charged me 4 or 5 € extra each time so I won’t use them again.hopefully my review will help ppls

Taxi never showed despite being told by text it dispatched. Base operator then gave me a smart answer and said things changed no apology..zero. I have used them for years but for the last time. Technology wasted with bad staff. Avoid.

I had to uninstall their app. If you change your phone number there is no way to update your details. The controllers kept telling me they were updating my number but cabs kept not stopping/saying that they were calling old number . The final straw was them leaving me in the lurch when I needed to collect my wheelchair bound mum from the airport. Enough! I'm done with them. I am going to try Hailo.
