I had been struggling with knee ache and neck discomfort on long training runs, and after months of my own setup changes, all to no avail, I called into John for help. I should have done this much sooner. First off, it was great to get a physio assessment and exercises to target weak muscles (which I was blissfully unaware I had). Secondly John spent a great deal of time getting the bike correctly set up. Results were immediate - greater comfort, knee ache gone, better power delivery. Highly recommended

I received a TT bike fit from John and it dramatically improved my times and comfort level over longer distances. I was quite comfortable after the 90k bike at Ironman Dublin and I firmly believe it was thanks to the right bike setup. Highly recommended.

Great service and advice. I'm really happy with the adjustments made to my bike fit. John really knows his stuff. I've been off my bike for ages and getting back into cycling again, just completed a 90k spin and I feel in great shape. I was really comfy on the bike all day. Thanks a mill.

I had a new Tri bike and needed help with the setup. In the first 30 minutes John completed a physio assessment on me which was focused on cycling. During this, John highlighted my weaker muscles and gave me specific exercises that would help me improve my performance. John was also able to take on board my existing muscle weakness in the bike set up to help me improve. The whole process took about 1.5 hours and the time flew. I took my bike out last night and the results were wonderful. John has well exceeded my expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending John.

Cant recommend John enough, after struggling for months with a hamstring injury and trying lots of others physio`s, John pin pointed the problem very quickly. Laid out a treatment and recovery plan and within a couple of weeks I was back bombing down the mountains. Thanks John
