房费我们给美元，她补钱用伊朗货币，汇率很不划算，帮忙叫出租车，多收费，且司机不懂英语，沟通困难。房间灰尘较厚。

Merkezi ancak eski bir otel. Odalarda sigara içilmiş ve sigara içmeyen biri için pek iyi sayılmaz. Caddeye bakan odalar çok gürültülü. O motor sesi gürültüsü dayanılır gibi değil (camlar açıkken)

Quite expensive for what I got. You have better options (same rooms quality but much cheaper and nicer staff) in the area: try Asia Hotel in front of Mellat station.

I booked a room with Markazi Hotel (Central Hotel) about 100-200 meters up Lalehzar St, but they were fully booked when I arrived (not very pleasant). But they gave me breakfast and took me to Saadi, which was the same price.
So, for $50/night for a double room it's certainly not worth the money. The rooms are cramped, extremely worn and not really kept up to date at all (hooks/hangers were falling of the wall, plaster and pain was loose and there were pretty large (5 cm in diameter) holes in the walls at two places. Room and bathroom were very clean, although the floor in the bathroom was water damaged. Breakfast was unfortunately not better, rather standard for Iran but for the price I did expect more. Staff were helpful but didn't speak much English.
On the other hand, the staff at the Markazi were extremely helpful (they let me use a bathroom, store my bag and gave me tea during my last day in Iran, for free!) thanks!
