Probably the only good thing about this hotel is the location. The breakfast is awful and the rooms are not nice - at all.
Dirty sheets on arrival. We stayed I two different rooms, one was ok the other one quite noisy, it depends on the room that you are staying in.
Poor quality in general.

If you need a quiet place to sleep, near must-see places, while still be connected to the rest of the world through reliable wifi services , then the hotel is for you. Room is small and old, but all function properly. The staff (Laila and others) are helpfull, speaking English very well and can tell many things about Tehran. Break fast is good even though will be better if they can change the menu every day
