You find very beautiful Iranian paintings there & you can save your time to visit Imam Square and many historical buildings because of closing to there.

Rooms double booked. Manager wouldn't even come down to sort it out? Shocking service. Took 9 hrs to sort out. Disgraceful way to run a business. Would not be tolerated anywhere. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague!

Shower broken, dirty, smelly, rooms, staff do not care. Waited for two hours in lobby at check in, due to double booking by the hotel (had paid and confirmed reservation for eight rooms, every room had problems). Very limited breakfast, charged extra for coffee. Wifi in rooms has very poor signal - in the lobby, internet wasn't working. My ninth visit to Esfahan, first stay in this hotel. Do not be fooled by fancy lobby, this was by far the worst hotel experience I've had anywhere in my nine visits to Iran. Avoid at all costs. Stayed 18th April 2017.

Room is filthy and stinky, clearly in need of a cleaner. One window to nowhere making the room dark. From outside the hotel looks great and the main hall misjudge you in booking here. Definitively not a place to come back.
One thing to add: they try their best to help you, at least.
