This is/ was our 2nd stay in the hotel. 2 years ago was the 1st stay. unfortunately the hotel is no longer what it was 2 years ago.
The service is still good!
Actually too good for what the hotel has to/ can offer their gast!
+ service is really good!!
+ location
- old rooms
- less comfort in the rooms
- broken airco remote (only on and of: so its to hot or to cold)
- breakfast is less choise for non Indonesian people (people who don't like warm food in the morning and just want to eat bread)

The places was nice but unfortunately standard rooms in this hotel is "quite" small.. Overall it still nice to stay in this hotel

I come in maybe in very crowded time, staff is not so friendly look like Confused. I bring baby and so spechless because My room is very smeel of smoke (already mentioned it in booking application), and there is a cigarette ash in the sofa and carpet. Try to ask to changing but staff said others room just possible to stay 1 night. I think is not logic, if i took the new room, they can give my room the the other.

Have stayed here twice and so far quite satisfied. Staffs are polite and nice. The room I stayed is clean and properly equipped. If I have any complain, they will quickly send someone to deal with it.

During my stay, we booked a deluxe suite for 3 people.
The suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a closet. For the price of the booking, I could say that I was very happy with the accomodation.
The staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay. They provided a quality service that is very rare nowadays.
The food provided by the hotel's restaurant was nice, however not outstanding considering the price, but is still enjoyable to a certain degree.
The only downside I noticed that our suite was outdated and seemed quite old. 2 doors in our room were creacking and another door could not be closed as it got stuck. The paint of the bathtub in the bathroom had started to come off leaving marks that were not appeasing to the eye. In fact, the bathroom cleanliness could be improved more.
Overall, I would say that I am very satisfied with this accomodation and the downside was not that distracting. I would love to stay here again, given the chance.
