i visited bandung recently with my family.We stayed in Kedaton hotel for 2 days. all i can say is that, this is one of the worst hotel i have stayed so far.
The wifi wasnt working throughout our stay and we were unable to contact our families back home.
The breakfast wasnt prepared on our first day.the whole cafe was closed although our booking included breakfast buffet.
We had to wait almost 2 hours to meet the manager to make a complaint.
The hotel also promised a free shuttle to airport, however on the morning of our departure, the hotel staff gave a lame excuse of their driver being sick.no alternative were arranged and we were only informed at 6.50am and our flight was at 8.05am. we had to find our own taxi and the hotel staff was not even bothered about it.
All the hotel staffs were rude and none of our complain and request were given any consideration. their only reasoning was their shift is over and they are not responsible for it!!
I would bet that the hotel doesnt even deserve a single star and i would strongly advise that no one should even stay at this LOUSY hotel.!!!
