Pathetic service. The owner is disrespectful towards customer. No sense how to talk. Prices are unreasonable compared to service offered and products used. The staff seem to be fed up with owner as well

Than the customer service, they look forward to upgrade the sevice by COST wise. The wax was too HOT, even asked the staff to be careful but never cared.
After service effect is too horrible, least bothered to wipe the wax or the facial package.
