Hi,
I have visited this pimple saudagar branch since I did not get appointment in my regular Vlcc outlet and their was a festival ahead.
Well the manicure and pedicure was good and as per standard. Other than hair Spa was average but waxing was not satisfactory. Therapist seems less confident, untrained and didn't go as per process.
However the therapist was also insensitive towards her clinic, since she dropped oil over floor when few drops of wax was fallen.
Sterilizer was not operational. So they didn't had hot towels ready. They also gave cloth drapper to wear during facial and waxing instead of use and throw drap.
In the end I feel visited authorised branch of Vlcc is much better than going franchisee.

Very bad experience. Don't even want to give 1 rating also. Non skilled, non professional staff. Will spoil your look for sure. Very slow and totally untrained. If you want to look good, please don't go.

I have taken up some basic beauty services like waxing, facial, hair spa, body polishing etc.
For few services, the experience has been very good while for some it was just ok.
VLCC is expensive. But over all this branch is good. Keep in mind the extra 15% tax they are going to add in the bill.
Sad part is that there are hardly any useful service packages at discounted rate.

This is the worst of its kind. They lure people into buying products and later claim that they have a no return policy. The service is horrible and the center lacks staff. Customers are left at the whims and fancies of the staff.This is the only salon which says that the nearbuy services can be taken only once even when we are willing to pay for the next service....kindly clarify before you make any payment.
