Booked 2 rooms for a night, 1 for me and one of my colleague and another for a lady colleague. Reached hotel night 12.00 since we had to travel from Coimbatore after our daily work at office and for a event at Madurai next day. When we have reached hotel they sold the rooms to some others since they got a better rate than the rate agreed with us through our company admin person. Had to sit there in reception more than 1 hours and had to find out a filthy hotel than this so called hotel north gate.. Guys.. Honest feedback... Pls do not believe the receptionist and admin of this hotel, they will put you in to trouble with out offering you a room, they sell the room on a higher rent even it's booked by you..

We stayed at this hotel one night (8/10 /2017). Room is very big, neat and tidy. Courteous and friendly staff. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Good hotel to stay. Near to temple, bus station, train station. Clean rooms and good service. Had a wonderful stay at North gate. Recommend this hotel for comfortable stay. WiFi, restaurant, parking available

One of the worst three star hotel which I stayed recently. when I enter to the hotel no person to collect the bag. I stayed with my family the whole night not able to sleep because of mosquito I have complainant to the reception but no use.. same for the next day.. breakfast not that much, behavior of people not a professional.. over all experience we can say normal lodge .. at last moment my wife and son got fever... I am from Madurai and I feel really bad about this north gate hotel..

The best part are the people/staff here, very polite and ever helpful. The room was extremely spacious , it had a dressing table a tea table a sofa along with its table and still there was enough space to walk around (even with the king size bed there). Bathroom was equally spacious with a bathtub. Service was prompt. Clean room. Ample parking. Loved it.
