Great authentic hotel .
Good structure , great restaurant (recommend), pool , staff is very professional helpful . Overall very good place.

Worst place to stay. Poor quality staff who never ready to hear from customers and even they don't want to accept there own mistakes. If I talk about there behaviour it's very rude and arrogant. I would recommend please be away from such fake palace type hotels. Food charges touching to sky (very high) but you will get a poor quality food and no test..

I'm very disappointed!!! The structure deserves 5 stars. The garden, the swimming pool and the restaurant was very very beautiful but the room was dirty. There was one towel instead of two and the one was dirty of something like "brown".
In the bathroom there was waterlick.. at the end I discover they take money from May credit card before my check out and staff of reception was very unkind. This can't be considered an heritage hotel!
