Horrible.... they don't pick call worse service ever seen. Don't wan't to give even single star.

Horrible.... they dont pick call and even they dont entertain you if u go directly . there are so many mediator. They need to improve there service

Very pathetic Customer service. No one pick the call if you call for any complain/clarification. Purely works as a sales organization and looting the customers for high ROI. They only looks target to find the customer. My ROI is still 11.45% that is too High..i don't know why??? even after letter from UK to India branch still no change. Sales person may respond but always fake promise and never deliver.
I Must say please avoid this branch.
