Edit: the owner's response is an awful lie. I was not drunk and nobody at the property even spoke English. I had a throat infection and had been sick for a week. You people are terrible and deserve to go out of business. Oyo refunded my stay after your serviceman lied and said that they'd not deducted any money.
Moreover, I find it extremely comical that you claim I did not "produce my passport on demand." I've traveled to 35 countries independently and more than capable of checking into a hotel, even when ill.
What happened - what we both know happened - is that your receptionist did not know how to scan my passport. He had to call his boss, talk on the phone for ten minutes, and randomly press buttons until he got it to work.
I am updating my review ten months after staying at this miserable excuse for a hotel. Absolute worst experience I have as a guest anywhere in the world. The worst part is that lying and trying to shame your customers seems to be one of your preferred business tactics - everyone who leaves you a negative review on Google and TripAdvisor is dealt the same variety of response.

Do not stay here. Booked a room over Oyo. I had been staying at a hostel in Jaipur and came down with a nasty virus. I wanted a private room for a night so I could recover and have a bit of space to myself. The check-in took a miserable amount of time, as the night manager was clueless about the procedure for registering foreign guests. After I finally got to my room, I began vomiting. Ten minutes later, the manager comes and says I have to leave - his boss didn't want me there because I was unwell. They also tried to make up a story about how, since I didn't arrive in Jaipur, I wasn't allowed to stay in a different hotel and would have to leave.
Hotel Abhiraj Palace kicked me out onto the street at 12:30am because I was sick. I am completely and utterly disgusted. There was no attempt at garnering good-will from me, either - they did not offer to book me a taxi or auto. I was shown the door and had it locked behind me the moment I stepped out.
The room itself was small. The wifi didn't work and you have to call reception to turn on the AC, geyser, etc. Floor was not very clean, either.
Don't give this place any business. There's a reason why it's cheap.

Good budget hotel. Rooms & bedsheets are neat and clean. Staff is quite helpful.
