kindly note my parents stayed in this hotel for two days.they have most rude and most unprofessional staff in the world with no sense of hospitality and any respect for tourists.they are a big shame and dishonor for kolkata as because of these people my parents decided never to come to kolkata.this hotel staff need to be replaced imidiately as well as complete transformation to their attitude towards people.if i had option of giving them minus points i would have given them.minus 10 stars.hopelessly bad
