Went to the place last week, the roof top ambience is really amazing. But the total star is now divided into arts academy and own wok restaurant part. And another thing what I noticed was the public. The number of vistors is even less than before. Don't know the proper reason though

Very nice and comfortable. Convenient place for connecting with other locations. Many restaurants are also available for lunch and dinner.

The old north Calcutta charm is working wonders here in its full throttle .... like the old times .... In this movie theatre "rear stall" is a better accommodation than "balcony" .... Here you still get chicken/mutton patties of unbranded repute to satisfy your taste buds and toll you back to the early 90s .... The guy in the counter may freely advice you to not to get "singara" for your children as those may be chilly hot and may go on to suggest you to take soft drinks instead ! So ... a thoroughly enjoyable place .... on the whole ! :)

This hall has been made by West Bengal Govt after its total destruction with a fire on 1992. After opening of newly made Star Theater Cinema and Theater To type halls are present. The Quality of the halls are highly appreciable. Sound system, Seats, all are very good

Price are very much reasonable.... Good seats... Rear stall is the most comfortable.. A little bit problem of toilet bt its manageable.. Good sound quality and clear picture... Overall it is a very good theatre within affordable price...
