The location is good, situated on main road, easily accessible. Rooms are very small for 2 people , there is just space for standing, but rooms are clean. The hotel staff is good. They are happy to help , if you are single person you can stay ,or buy a premium room.

Warm ambience. The stewards dont bother you except for a polite goodmorning. The laundry work is prompt and excellent. Linen well laid. Bath is hygenic. Suited to the budget if booked through pooling websites.

Positive :
Clean rooms, good staffs, good service, good facility, comfortable stay.
Negetive : In the old building rooms are little bit old(only look wise). But you will not find any issue in that. Less choice in the food menu.
Overall I will suggest other to book in this for a good stay. One of the best hotels in bbsr for the same price range. But I will suggest to do online booking for almost 40% discount

The room was clean and well furnished. AC was effective. Buffet breakfast and dinner were quite good. Overall, the experience of stay was great.

The standard room as shown in the website is not exactly the same. The standard room they provided me had a single bed, where as in website it is shown as queen size bed and described to have the same. People at reception were not helpful. I suppose they could not do anything about it. However was not expecting a false advertisement from Tata group of hotels considering they are known to be trustworthy. The rooms are also quite small ( if you are claustrophobic please don't chose this).
