The best location in CBD of Bangalore.
The entrance lobby is exquisite and gives a warmth feeling.
Smooth Elevator ride takes you to the floor of your choice.
The entrance to different party Halls are planned uniquely.The main hall where reception are held are decked up with beautiful flowers.
The staff working in the main Reception area , restaurant, front office are courteous.
My visits to ITC Gardenia has been a pleasent one.

It's is class personified... grandeur reflects in all aspects.. very elegant... well designed rooms.. awesome restaurants .. Good staff...highly priced but worth it...

Very nice Hotel in Bengaluru. Elegant, chic and well maintained. Located in the best part of the city it offers many dining options but is still an oasis of quiet in an otherwise crowded city. Rooms are large and spacious. Staff are excellent and friendly

One of the best hotels in Bangalore, located in the heart of the city, very near to MG road, Brigade road, and many hubs. Had got a chance to visit this place for an event, it was fantastic! The staff were eager to please and the ambience was top notch! The rooms are big and very comfortable. The meeting rooms are huge and well organized. Keep the good job going! Would like to visit it again!

Always loved this hotel. Got a chance to visit again finally for a meeting. Maintenance of the exterior sections could have been better, but otherwise still the same, lovely place. Feel it's warmer than most other New ultra posh hotels. Guess that's part of the charm as well. The meeting areas though leave a little to be desired.
