Cars not very well maintained. They dont clean exteriors and complains about the same when you return the car. Also, place is very easy to miss in the evening.

Good Service! It was my first interaction with Zoomcar. The process of booking the car was a breeze though the validating of the licences was a bit notchy. I like the flexibility of extending your trip. However, it doesn't allow you to extended the trip multiple times. I was 2mins beyond the buffer time and had to pay the late fee since the complete process is automated. I plan on talking to their Customer Care on this matter. We will see how that goes.

This zoom car parking is easily assessable. The delivery person is decent and conveyed all the infos correctly.

Good service staffs are cooperative. But u need to be careful while picking up the car. Need to take proper pics of all the damages in the car.

Cars are handled as a toy. Drivers don't even bother while driving. In that narrow lane they honk and drive so rash. Once a driver just drove through the Carlton Tower back gate, thank god the security guard was safe. Totally mad drivers with zoom car
