Even 1 star is a little overrated for Ananta. The staff is highly ignorant, super rude with no etiquettes and phone manners. The manager always seems lost and never gives correct information ( maybe he doesnt have a clue about what the customers say). I believe they should hire people who are atleast a little educated so that one does not need to face such kind of behaviour from their insensitive and mindless bunch of staff.

With lots of expectations I booked a spa and a facial at ananta
The ambience left me wondering why is it SO HYPED. No music only irritating sounds of people talking
After massage shower was given in a cubicle in a far away common shared gym showers.
Never seen such shoddy service
