Nice property in Agra, very near to express way. Only thing I didn't like is that they lack maintenance of their furniture in rooms. Rest all looks good.

There were many problems during my stay, it started with the check-in and ended with the check-out. We were disgusted and frustrated with the service. I wish I could have met you during my stay, as no one showed empathy towards us expect Amit (the new duty manager).
Waste of our trip which were looking forward too and waste of money.
Kindly do something about the service towards the customers, you are a better person to see all this as you must be highly experienced person in this job.
Please make it right.

Stayed in this hotel for a conference. Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and up to date. Staff is very cooperative. A good hotel to have a relaxed and stressful stay. It has much open area and gardens. Food here is good and they also provide special Jain food for jain people.

Recommended for tourists. Rooms are good with excellent amenities & spacious and luxurious. I visited here 2-3 times to see my guests. Now is is very easy approach to its location via Inner Ring Road directly connected now to Delhi and Lucknow. Being a 5 star hotel, the service is up to the mark.

Stayed in this hotel about 8 years back. Very nice hotel with full of facilities but expensive. Lobby is very big and complimentary BF was very good with lot of varieties. Rooms are very spacious. Second time stayed on April 15 & 16, 2017 and observed that its services have gone down drastically even though it is still well maintained. May be when you stay as a part of package, one cannot expects its full services. Most of the items in toilet in room have not been provided, one gas to request. Rest hotel is neat and clean and full of greenery. Enjoy your stay.
