It was good in poonam plaza....the provided us are good quality food as well as it was hygenic.... There service was also quite gud...

The room staff and restaurant staff was very good. but the reception person , his behavior was extremely bad.
The way he was responding like you did big mistake to book the room or its your mistake if any bill even if its 100rs also (it was their mistake to forget to add while checkout) he was keep calling.
i felt this is so ridiculous. i paid and even they don't know to say thanks also.

I've been to many hotels where I have encountered poor hospitality. But this hotel is in different kind of league. Pure miser fellows. We booked the room and went there on the same day by 11AM. Though rooms were vacant, the fellow at the reception made us to wait in reception for 1 hour in the hot weather. Just to save one hour and to give room exactly by 12pm. I don't understand, what they will save in an hour when we are intended to check out by early morning next day.
You can choose this hotel only if you want to waste your precious time sitting in reception.
Location: It's bit far from everything. Far from railway station, ISBT, Tourist attractions. If you are visiting Agra as a tourist, then this hotel is not for you. It will eat up maximum time in traveling itself.
About Rooms: Rooms were quiet spacious and equipped with intercom, AC, flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, cupboard, kettle and basic cutleries. Bathroom was hygienic and neat.
But the main concern is that the main door didn't have any extra latch to secure the door. You have to use the door lock only which can be opened by any duplicate key. It should be a prime concern if you are staying here as a couple.
About Restaurant: Menu is quite expensive, instead of taking breakfast option you can take just room option and go to many good restaurants around.
FINAL VERDICT: Basically, this hotel doesn't trust it's customer and also doesn't let customer to trust hotel. Even checkout process will painful as they conduct multiple level of inspection in your room before letting you out. It feels like you got released from a prison when you checkout.
