One of the best restaurants in Debrecen.
They offer tasty, hungarian cuisine along international foods. The number of dishes you can choose from isn't huge, which is a good thing, it assumes quality food.
The portions are more than satisfying, good value for the money.
Service is friendly.
The place itself is pleasant, it provides a terrace outdoors and an event hall too.
Overall a very enjoyable experience.

I am in Debrecen to a dental treatment and the implantes were placed yesterday and today I wasn't allow to eat anything apart soup. Then I went the Csokonai Restaurant, as I read the reviews and I want to eat in one of the best. How disappointed, when I went there and I ask for the waitress if they serve soup in the menu. The guy looked at me and ask me: "you will eat just the soup?", then I explained to him about the implants, and he asked me: "is just you?" where I said, yes. He asked me to wait a little bit and went to talk to the manager perhaps. When he came back he said that I have to wait around 40 minutes to get a table and the restaurant was almost empty!, with a lot of free tables How rude! I don't know about the food, but with a customer service like that, the food could be amazing but for me doesn't matter! If you have a teeth treatment in Debrecen and want to eat in a lovely restaurant with a friendly staff, go to Flaska Restaurant, where they didn't mind I eat my soup and drink my water and treated me very well with a great service. Highly recommended.

Very good soup. Also, tasty ribs but a little stiff. Pleasent waitresses. Notice that the price on the menu for a glass of wine is for each 1dl.

The best restaurant in Europe. For real. Look at the pictures! The food is AAAAAAAA (in a good way!). The desert was "Oh my God dude, you have to taste this! It's the best thing on this Earth."
Seriously, it's the best place I ate in. The waiters were amazing, the food was "Dude, taste this!". Go there and you'll shake their hands when leaving, with a wide smile on your face.
