Beautiful hotel, rooms are sufficient, not too expensive. Centrally located with access to facilities. Staff are not very efficient, though.

We were not accommodated here, just visited the "John Bull" restaurant. The dishes were rather average, the service was unprofessional. They did not take care of our questions on allergic contents. They could not offer the right wine or drink for the food. Otherwise the garden is nice, the interior of the building mirrors the taste of the owner: grandiose. You may try it once, just do not come with high expectations, then you won't be disappointed.

If I could have rated it without star, I would have definitely done it
At the moment we are here. They informed us that in couple of minutes they would bring us bathrobes then a waitress came and said they do not have it. We started off the wellness part, then we noticed in jacuzzi there is no water running, suana is not working, called the reception and informed him, he is responding that jackuzzi has not been working for a while. This is while they did not let us know it when we reserved the room and checked in. Even the room is a top floor type and this is while we didn't know we'll get this even there was no option to choose between types of room. At our arrival we noticed this and informed the reception we got the answer that they cannot help us. Curtains in the room don't work and it's like we are locked in the darkness. Overall a disaster weekend. Hungarian translation will be posted soon.
