I arrived 3 days ago frazzled and exhausted. In this time the stunning hotel, its fabulous and caring staff and the first class cuisine and excellent spa have left me rejuvenated, feeling very spoilt and well nourished. Spotlessly clean and well maintained this resort of a jewel in the Zakynthos crown. It's going to be extremely hard to leave tomorrow but I will definitely be returning.
Gymn facilities, an amazing pool and concierge are available, there's a couple of gift shops and the fantastic and well equipped beach is 5 minutes walk.

Nice hotel grounds, staff , and pool very lovely . service was good but not excellent . Expected a little more as far as service . Had to ask a couple times to have a few things fixed and wasn't . Overall would recommend .

Absolutely stunning place. Accommodation is amazing, Junior Suite, with everything you need, especially Nespresso machine :-). Food is excellent, haven't tried a l'carte as normal restaurant is of high quality. Sunbeds are great with plenty of them for everyone. Included Spa is an added bonus, treatments have to be paid for but full use of the facilities is provided. Staff are very good and friendly, towels changed daily etc. Would definitely come back!

Just had a week at this lovely hotel. Its near enough to walk to beach and a couple of beach bars, and a pleasant stroll into the main shopping /bars at night but that was a bit too commercial for us.
The staff very professional and polite, cleaning staff very good , replenished any used complimentary toiletries, . Safe in the room, tea and coffee making facilities which were topped up each day. Pool bar food good, all very very clean.
Food was really good. So much choice for every buffet breakfast dinner and could sit outside to eat. drinks, including bottled water very expensive tho. A nearby mini supermarket very handy.

Great 5 star hotel! High level of customer service. Excellent food and the Spa is superb! Rooms are very clean; only bed for me to hard. For my husband it is okay.
I recommend this luxury hotel to anybody who is willing to pay more for quality time in luxury (no yelling children!)
