We're here for a week based on a positive travel guide review. We apparently have a coveted room (404) on the top floor with beautiful views from its small terrace over the local landscape and hotel pool and bar. It's comfortable, although sparsely furnished. There's a kettle and a TV but no fridge for cooling milk, drinks etc. They seem to expect we will use the over priced restaurant. There's better food to be had locally. Air con costs €68/week extra plus a €20+ charge to access the room safe which is a fair size to be honest. These fees are not payable by card. We've been here 1 night of 7 so far. If my back holds out sleeping in the bed, the 4 stars can stay. If not, I'll review my rating (reduced to 3 stars - the bed is rather hard and uncomfortable).
