Absolutely amazing, the hotel and staff were all kind and friendly. The SuneoClub reps were amazing for both adults and kids. There were always activities to do as an option which was very nice - water polo and aqua fit were my favourites. The Thomson holiday reps were also amazing, make sure to ask them about day trips because they're all worth the money.
The food was good, a great variety of food for both the adventurous to the picky eaters and all in between.

I strongly recommend this hotel, we went at the end of August 2017 and it's pretty quiet, not too busy. Staff are friendly and welcoming, when we arrived a friendly woman showed us around. One of the men at the bar was extremely friendly though :)
Free wifi that works throughout almost the whole hotel, pretty fast when you are in your room or the reception area. The rooms are OK, the beds are a little uncomfortable. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, along with many shops and a mini roundabout that leads to more shops. It is only a short walk to the turtle beach, and the sea is warm and clear. Food is average, but good enough. Also, please be aware that there are a lot of wasps who are attracted to the drinks. The pool is also very nice. There are also a lot of stray cats, but that's a good thing 😊 entertainment is brilliant for the kids. I recommend this hotel if you want a nice family holiday in Zakynthos 😉 also, you must try the Zante Water Village and the boat trips to Turtle Island 😃🐢

What a wonderful place to visit.
My family was in desperate need of some family time as we hadn't been on a holiday in 17yrs and were gradually drifting apart due to daily pressures and huge work commitments resulting in no time together as a family.
Everything we needed, we found at this beautiful hotel, it isn't the lovely building that made this hotel special but the wonderful people who work there, such genuinely great people who we all miss terribly.
During our stay here we've made some lovely new friends and wouldn't hesitate to return, in fact we are saving up now to enable us to do just that!
A holiday we will treasure forever.

Great hotel, friendly and welcoming staff.
Good food options and drinks
Very quiet area but near all the places to visit
We rented a car which was cheap and went exploring.... Definitely would recommend
