Great hotel, very convenient location to the city center and the beach, great food!! Highly recommended!

This is not a 5-Star hotel.
A few rooms (the most expensive) might be, but the other rooms certainly aren't
The bathroom is style over function, I lost count how many times I had to change clothes because turning the sink tap on causes water to splash everywhere normally over your trouser front.
The shower constantly changed temperature. whilst the hand-held head was so powerful it soaked the floor causing a slip hazard the overhead one dribbled water resulting in you having to stand on top of the raised drain to get under it.
The spa - a 60 minute 100 euro session only lasted 50 mins
The gym - good equipment but the aircon turns off when you leave so the next person gets a room which is too hot to exercise in.
The service from the staff was so slow it was beyond a joke, only 3 out of 14 breakfasts was the table laid correctly (missing cups or cutlery the common issue)
And then the food - we NEVER had an evening meal which I would say was HOT, Luke warm or cold was the norm.
My wife does not like fish, a problem on the fish night when everything except 1 dry chicken fillet dish was fish based.
Next year I will be returning to a better quality 4-star hotel just down the road

Friendly service and high quality of amenities. It is on the beach with convenient parking.
The family room however is disappointing as the second level is too small and the ceiling too low; you cannot stand up properly unless you are petite.

We recently spent two weeks at Kassandra bay suites and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful, we chose the suites and found we had access to the infinity pool which we loved. The resort is situated in a peaceful location but within easy reach of Skiathos town by boat car or bus. The hotel staff cannot so enough to help you and every member of staff we came across was brilliant. The resort was perfect for two weeks of relaxation.
