Would give 5 stars if it was not for the constant barking of dogs opposite the hotel. I appreciate it's not the hotels fault but it is their problem when it waking guests at 5:30am.
However, its still a nice 4 star hotel with a pool and bar.
Rooms are spacious and probably one of the nicest and cleanest places in Greece we have stayed. Although there are a few areas they could improve like the taps in the bathroom and the spider webs on the balcony corners.
We also did not have a microwave or sofa in our room as advertised in the official photos. This meant we had to sit on patio chairs from the balcony.
There is a bus service which runs every 15mins and number 18 stop is directly outside the hotel and this is the way everyone travels about. Bus stop 4 is the town and 16 is the beach, although the beach is only a 11min walk.
When we unpacked, we noticed the hairdryer was broken by the previous guest, we reported it and a new one was fitted within the hour.
Rooms and cleaned and beds are made daily as well as the rooms and balcony swept.
I would advise bringing alone more clothes hangers.
There are lots of tavernas around the area and a pizza place opposite. We found Victorias the nicest which is on Google maps.
The pool bar sells all spirits and beers and the glasses are pre chilled. There is also a bar menu to serve breakfast and lunch but this closes at 4pm.
We have never struggled to get a lounger or some shade and we were told the pool guy will remove towels if they are reserved although people had placed towels and we did not see them removed. Perhaps as there were still plenty empty?

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Great location. Big rooms with a great finish and top tech. Good pool and bar area. Real family feel.

A fantastic hotel, great pool, located really well to explore Skiathos. right outside is bus stop eighteen and with only twenty six of them between Skiathos Town and the last stop all on one Road you can't go wrong. Nothing is too much trouble for Rania and Roula and rest of the team.

Fabulous Hotel. Great friendly staff. Fantastic for a laid back relaxing time. Party animals should stay in Skiathos Town as Troulos is quieter.
