its a decent hotel , in terms of building itself the rooms are well maintained, comfortable beds and washrooms although slightly dated bit good enough. We booked for a garden facing room but since they were full when we arrived our room was not ready even at the check in time of 2 pm. Also they gave us a different room ( in good conscience of an upgrade ) but it had a bunk bed with steep wooden chair to access it. Not great if you have to use toilet at night which was below bed. When we complained they were not able to change the room for first night but gave us a standard room for second night. All of their staff behind desk were probably in too much pressure as they seem to get frustrated bit too easily. They overall seem to lack training in hospitality industry. No complaints for the cleaners and other staff they were quite helpful and polite. There is parking free , but space enough for may be 5-6 cars , not many people go for car rental it seems as we were able to find parking even though hotel was full.

Small and simply place. Overall is clean and it's also comfy. Room is big too! Only downside to my room is the shower area is a little too small. *The Gift is not included! IT'S From Tupperware Brands Malaysia!*

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Stayed here 4 nights and instant regret the first night. Ants crawling around everywhere in the washroom, they would make their way to the room by the time we would get back, very smelly washroom, sewage water collects nightly outside the front door. VERY RUDE kitchen staff, even the manager. I wish I had done more research on this hotel/read more reviews/had more time to book a proper hotel. This one seems welcoming and all, but Fira has so many nice, clean hotels with amazing views, centrally located, and cheaper compared to this DUMP. We wanted to stay somewhere else but knew we wouldn't get our $1000+ booking cost back because all they care about here is ripping customers off. Very disorganized front desk upon arrival, but they were friendlier than the manager when speaking to them. We took videos of the ants crawling out of the shower, crawling around the room, and the manager refused to believe it. The manager saw a few ants AT THE SAME TIME the housekeeping lady was killing them and said "what, you're worried about a few ants?" He walked away angrily and told us to open the windows if the smell bothers us. Every night when we returned there were dozens of ants. Unclean bed sheets, and they wanted to charge us $100 euros to change rooms (on the same floor), are you kidding me? Talk about customer service standards compared to Canada and the US. Nowhere else in Europe did we experience this type of hospitality. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER! I told the manager I'd write a review about my experience and he said "that's blackmail," LMAO this is the kind of service you can expect from this hotel.

This place is impressive, cant believe the view from my balcony! And price was quite average! It is located in the middle of the island so one could easily visit half in one day and half of the island on the next day and it would be more than enough on quads! Oh and front office staff deserve an award too :) Honestly, my greatest hotel pick ever 😀

Well, here's my story:
I booked a Standard Sea View room, the furniture (and the bathroom) was very old (although the view was awesome), so it was nothing like the pictures i saw when i booked. It was a hot day, the AC in the room was not strong enough, it was like it was not even on ! So i went to the reception and complained, they didn't have a solution but to upgrade us to Executive Room, BUT they charged us 30 Euros extra per night!
To be honest, the difference between the 2 rooms were enormous ! The new room is pretty great (very similar to the pictures), and the AC is good.
Upon checking-out they charged us 14 euros for something we didn't order, but we were in a hurry so we didn't haggle.
This hotel is a 3 Stars hotel at max.
PS: If you end up staying at this hotel, ask for Katrina, she is a receptionist working the afternoon shift, she is very nice and she will recommend places in Santorini to visit in details
