Very nice hotel with amazing view of the caldera. The only problem with our room was that we wanted a jacuzzi outside with a view, but we didn't know it is facing the street and all the passing people can see you. Other than that, the breakfast they serve to your room is good and the stuff very friendly. The room is beautiful and neat.

A must come back experience. This hotel ia 15 min walk from fira town. you can either go to town via the main road or via the cost side enjoying the amazing views.
Book boat trips and order taxis from the reception. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not bad and always comes with some greek yogurt.
Room was clean and has a mini fridge. You can ask for an iron for your clothes with the receptionist.
The hot tab is amazing but try to get the top floor as people keep staring at your room while passing on the street on the ground floor.
On windy nights some windows are not properly fixed and keep bumping and making noise.

The room was beautiful with a great indoor pool and nice balcony. The staff is very friendly and they can arrange a transfer for you for €20 2 people. It's close to the centre with a wonderful caldera view and they bring you a complete breakfast to your room every morning, which is wonderful. A couple of things to improve: the air conditioning doesn't work 24 hours a day and some nights were really hot/they don't have a 'don't disturb sign' and they knock on the door or phone you to clean the room. A sign would be easier and more comfortable :-)/their TV has only three music channels/The room was quiet except the last night because our neighbour's children were noisy.

Great views, friendly staff but the hot tubs are not hot enough! Also they booked the messed up our taxi back to the airport after check out, instead of a normal taxi they ordered a mini van and because there were other people who had to go with us to the airport we had to rush 15-20mins early for the same amount of money as a normal taxi. But the rest was all good!

Great service and friendly staff. The room was very nice and had incredible views. It actually wasn't that great to have a jacuzzi in the room, though. It was very humid and the dehumidifier had to be on all the time, which was very noisy. Otherwise, the stay was great. Service was always prompt and the room was kept clean and tidy. Good location and 5 stars to the staff.
