We recently stayed at Belvedere for 4 nights. The location was excellent, breakfast was also excellent. There were several items in the room that I did address with the manager. There was no top sheet on the bed. I asked for one and it was added to our bed. There were 2 sets of pillows. Both were bad. One set was simply a rectangular foam rubber insert. The bathroom only had a light in the shower, so the bathroom was too dark for makeup, etc.
Other than those items, we found the hotel and staff were super.

We enjoyed everything here, however, for a 5 star hotel and the price we paid, we expected a much better breakfast. The spread was way too small, not that fresh, and not enough of it. The only coffee offered was from an instant machine, no Greek coffee or Frappe. I've had much better breakfast at cheaper places around the world, so please improve!

We came here for our Wedding and stayed for a week either side of the Ceremony. The views from the pool/breakfast area are the best in Firostefani. The staff have been so attentive and friendly when called apon. Breakfast has been good, not much variation but the Greek yoghurt and honey has been a delight. Pool is very refreshing and clean with a spectacular backdrop of the Caldera. My only criticism would be the lack of eating space when the hotel is fully booked as this was an issue on a few occasions during breakfast. We loved our stay!
