A éviter absolument.
La voiture que nous avons louée était vieille et très sale. Il ne nous à pas été remis de bon de commande ni de preuve de paiement. Au retour il nous a été impossible de récupérer la caution (500€)
A fuir

We rented a car from May 7-11, 2022 and dropped it off at the airport in near perfect condition. However, Kostas, the guy in charge of inspecting our car, was walking around and literally PULLED THE SIDE PART OF THE FRONT FENDER BACK. I seriously wished we took a video of him doing it. When we argued with him, he said that the damage was already there and forced us to pay him 300€ to fix it. He even locked our luggage in the car and prevented us from leaving until we paid him. We almost missed our flight (we arrived within 20 minutes of takeoff). When we go back to Santorini, we will NEVER rent from this place ever again! And we will make sure everyone knows this is the biggest scam in the car rental business ever!!

Summary: if you don't have time to read the full comment, please run away as far as you can
from this giant SCAM that will ruin your holidays in the beautiful Santorini island.
This rental car agency is a giant pseudo-legalized scam that is hardly understandable in a civilized country,
and my feeling is that this is a classical scheme to fool you "the Greek way" while keeping some semblance of
legality. The full story here after.
When we arrived at the ferry port of Santorini, many car rental agencies with good reviews ran out of
available vehicles. We then decided (the biggest mistake of our holidays) to go with this rental car agency.
The first contact with them was very weird and should have triggered a red alarm: a gang of youngsters
(from 13 to 16 years old) were running the business and welcomed us with an overwhelming and annoying
insistence to get a car from them. Without any other option, we decided to go with a rental there. Although
we did not care for an old or new model car, they insisted on getting us a new car (more on this later, this is
part of the scam). The car was dirty on the outside, but indeed new. The second sign that this is a
trap is that you do not fill an inventory of the vehicle's scratches in the contract (like any proper
car rental agency would do): instead, they tell you that there is "no problem since the car is new", and invite
you to "make a video if you want". Of course, the bad video quality will not show any of the existing
superficial scratches, and this is even true when the car is dirty. And in this situation, your main focus is on the
"big issues" on the car and not the small ones.
After a week of enjoyable vacation on the island, and no particular problem with the car, we come back to the
agency one hour before our ferry departure. And here the show begins: the guy takes your driving license to "check the contract",
and immediately spotted small scratches (that were existing, I insist on this point). Since "this is a new car" as he says, "you must have done
the scratches" he insists.
Of course, we took a video the first day of our
rental but the video quality is in essence bad (hence scratches are not visible) and it is complicated to get every corner of the car.
Additionally, there was honestly no way that one can spot this after few seconds,
so my guess is that he knew that the scratches were there. Then, he allegedly calls a "central service" to get an
estimate of the repair cost, while the car is immediately given to another customer (showing that they are indeed
thieves knowing exactly what they do). For very small scratches (superficial ones on the bumper's painting), they tell
you that this will cost you 3400 euros (!!!!), which is completely insane.
And here the trap closes: they have your driving license and will not give it back, you are one hour from the departure of your ferry
(and you have to deal with the registration and so on), you are panicking since there is only one daily ferry. So not so many options
remain: either you negotiate and pay an amount (which we unfortunately did), or you ask for the police to settle this with the high risk of
missing your ferry and get stuck with a legal procedure knowing that there is no evidence that the scratches were here (as no inventory has been
made).
Many other elements show that this is a well established scam to get easy money: the two persons that returned the car after
us had the exact same problem and were arguing about not scratching their cars. The guy tells you that "if you pay in cash, you can
have a discount" which is another way of saying that this whole agency is doing shady business. When you ask for a copy of the contract with
the paid repairs, the guy tells you "why you need it?", and when you insist he will make a bad photocopy with the tickets from your payment erased.
RUN AWAY from these theives.

If you arrive from the ferry this is one of the stalls offering transportation be wary. I heard 3 different prices to the same place -we paid 20,00 for two persons others paid as much as 30,00 also make sure that the price included a seat as the bus is standing room
