Good place for children during peak season. Falls behind in many other aspect including service, food & drinks quality and room amenities.

Off-season, it is 4 stars, during summer i would rate it 3. People are nice, rooms are somewhat dated, but still nice. Sanitaries are a problem when the hotel is full. A nice place to have cheap off-season sun holidays in september!

Nice child-friendly hotel with good wifi and professional staff. The hotel sports two swimming pools and a separate place for children with sliders and water fountains. Note the water in the swimming pool will affect your swimwear. Next to the main pool, there are tables for air hockey and pool biljart. I've left a few 360 photos at Google Maps for you to see.
Unfortunately, there's a run at beds near the swimming pool here as well. The gates open at 10 after which people start running and pushing to reserve a space in the shadows and then leave for hours.
The animation team is OK, we were spoiled last year with an animation team that really connected with the hotel guests and provided excellent shows. Besides the animation team, there's a different theme every day which also influences the menu. For example a beach and a pool party. At the latter, the swimming pool opens at night.
The apartments are a bit uphill as mentioned in other reviews. There's a shuttle bus from the hotel that can bring you to your apartment, especially welcome to move your suitcases when you arrive and leave. There are a few cats.
The apartments are very well cleaned and maintained. If something is the matter, repair men will fly in quickly to fix.
There's a store where they even unpack and help you inflate your air bed. They sell bus tickets as well. The shuttle bus can brings you downhill to the beach. From there, you can take the bus to Kos. The all inclusive features soda drinks at the pool!

Good place to stay with children.. Not recommendable for elder people due to steep slopes. Good variety in food. decent camp store. family rooms are very big!! included a kitchen we never used 😂 cant imagine why people would be disappointed here. close to Kos city for shopping. taxi rates approx. 9 euro to get there.

Lovely food and hotel. If you like walking your on top of a big hill so plenty of exercise. Food and free WiFi 4 star the rest more 3 star
