Friendly staff, scooter service and delivery right at the hotel, and pretty much everything you need to know you can find out just by asking the Google-lady at the front desk.

The stars are not for the Hotel but for the Cafe on the other side. Especially for the nice view and if someone wants to watch planes landing... go there and watch...

We specifically ordered air conditioned rooms. The owner dismissed our complaints about one of the air conditioners that was obviously not working properly (while the other air conditioner in our room was fine), claiming that they fixed it and it is "fantastic".
Also some maintenance issues including out of range from promised WiFi that was fixed only after we had to ask a few times.
Not enough parking spaces in the hotel's "parking area". The parking is also across the street where the road crossing is very dangerous due to poor visibility of oncoming traffic from both sides.
Stay clear.
